300-Hour Yoga
Teacher Training
Yoga Alliance Accredited · E-RYT 500 Lead Faculty · Fully Online
You've taken your 200-hour training. Now you're ready to bloom into the teacher you actually want to be.
Prerequisite: 200hr Yoga Teacher Certification · Limited enrollment · Fully Online · Live Synchronous
Prerequisite: 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Certification · Fully Online · Live Synchronous · Applications reviewed on a rolling basis
You can teach a yoga class.
Now you want to teach yoga.
- You completed your 200hr and you want more — more energetics, more tradition, more lineage to stand on
- You teach and feel competent, but you want to teach from depth, not just skill
- You know yoga is a complete system and you're ready to study — and live — the whole of it
- You want to understand that advancing doesn't always mean physically harder — it means going deeper
- This is a career commitment. You are ready to make a real go of this.
- You're ready to hold space beyond the one-hour class — workshops, immersive containers, real facilitation
- You want to understand your own life's curriculum and how it shaped you as a teacher
- You are ready to be seen, to be in conversation, and to grow inside a community that will hold you to it
The 200-hour gives you the form. The 300-hour gives you the current beneath it. This is where teaching becomes transmission.
- Teaching yoga classes — perhaps 1:1 or small groups
- Confident in alignment and sequencing
- Feeling the edges of what your training gave you
- Looking for more depth, more grounding, more tradition
- Wondering what makes your teaching distinctly yours
- A teacher who understands the power of their own facilitation
- Rooted in your own style — clear, grounded, distinctly you
- Capable of holding workshops and immersive containers with confidence
- Fluent in energetics — chakras, prana, and the subtle body as lived experience
- Someone who understands how their life's curriculum brought them to this moment
Honest words before you apply.
- You haven't completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training
- You're casually curious — this training asks for real commitment across eleven months
- You're primarily looking for an advanced asana training focused on physically demanding postures. We will explore advanced asana — and how to build toward it safely — but it is a small part of a much larger whole.
- You're not willing to show up for the self-directed work outside of class time
- You're not ready to be seen, to be in conversation with a community, or to grow your comfort with both
This is not a continuation.
It's a deepening.
- The Cardinal Alchemy framework woven throughout — body, mind, and energy tended equally. The Platinum Triangle in full expression.
- Energetics as the primary lens — chakras, koshas, nadis, and prana vayus studied through experience, not just theory
- Trauma-informed at a graduate level — nuanced, applied, and rooted in real holding rather than foundational overview
- Advanced facilitation — how to hold workshops, curate immersive experiences, and build a personal brand as a yoga teacher
- Introduction to Himalayan Kundalini — ancient, grounded, and taught with the care this tradition deserves
- Fully online — live, synchronous, camera on. Real presence, real community, real transformation — no commute required
- Small, intimate enrollment — you are known, witnessed, and held for eleven months of practice together
- Studio membership included for the full eleven months — practice is not optional. It is the curriculum.
The curriculum
January and February are foundations months — energetics, lineage, and the distinction between trauma-informed and trauma-sensitive practice. In March, we move into the advanced track.
Energetics & The Subtle Body
Deep study of chakras, koshas, nadis, and the five prana vayus — not as framework to memorize, but as living experience to inhabit and teach from.
Introduction to Himalayan Kundalini
An introduction to traditional Himalayan Kundalini practice — ancient, precise, and taught with the reverence this lineage has always asked of us.
Trauma-Informed at Depth
A graduate-level study of trauma, nervous system regulation, the difference between trauma-informed and trauma-sensitive practice, and the ethics of holding energetic space.
Advanced Sequencing & Teaching
Energetic sequencing. Theme weaving with precision and depth. Teaching methodology for diverse populations. Hands-on adjustments — explored fully, with ethics and consent at the center. The difference between cuing and transmission.
Workshop Facilitation & Personal Brand
How to design and hold workshops, multi-hour immersions, and curated containers. How to articulate your personal brand as a teacher — clearly, authentically, and without performing. Your practicum culminates in the development and presentation of an original workshop within your own area of focus.
Ayurveda — Going Deeper
Yoga's sister science studied at a graduate level — doshas, gunas, cycle-based scheduling, and Ayurvedic principles applied to how we teach, how we hold space, and how we sustain ourselves in this work over a lifetime.
Philosophy & Ancient Texts
A deeper study of the Yoga Sutras through multiple commentaries. The Hatha Yoga Pradipika. Selected study from the Mahabharata tradition. The balance of feminine and masculine as a living philosophical thread — not a polarity to resolve, but a tension to inhabit.
The Shadow Side of Yoga
A study most trainings will never touch. The history of yoga in the West — how it traveled, what it lost, what got distorted, and where the shadows live. Not to diminish the practice, but to teach it with the honesty it has always deserved.
The Embodiment Project
A longitudinal self-study practice spanning the full eleven months — including a 30-day sadhana as its anchor. Documenting and witnessing your own transformation from the inside out. Presence, not performance.
Business of Devoted Teaching
Building a teaching practice that is sustainable, ethical, and aligned — without selling yourself out to sell yourself. How to grow roots while growing a career.
Your Life as Curriculum
The Cardinal Alchemy lens applied to your own story — how your experiences, wounds, and gifts have shaped you as a teacher, and how to teach from that place with integrity.
One weekend a month.
Eleven months. One cohort.
Designed for teachers with full lives and real practices. One weekend immersion per month — Saturdays and Sundays, 8am to 6pm Central, live online with camera on — plus select Tuesday evenings online. Spacious enough to integrate. Consistent enough to transform.
Weekends — Live Online · 8am to 6pm CST
Tuesday Evenings — Online · Under 2 Hours CST
March & April: Every Tuesday — weekly community, deepening, and integration
May: Every other Tuesday
June: Off — rest and integration
July – November: Every other Tuesday — sustainable, spacious rhythm
20 Tuesday sessions total across the training.
All sessions recorded for Yoga Alliance documentation. Pre-approved absences may be made up via recording. Work submission deadline: December 2027.
Practice is the curriculum.
The hours you log outside of our time together are not supplemental — they are foundational. This is how practice becomes embodied rather than studied.
- 30 teacher-led practice hours — count toward your total training hours. We encourage as many live in-person studio sessions as possible. If not possible, live online with camera on.
- Minimum 15 of those hours with Kandice directly — studio classes, private sessions, retreat time, or special events
- The Embodiment Project — a self-documented practice spanning the full eleven months. Details provided at orientation.
- Required reading and study — curated for depth, not volume. Estimated cost under $125 if purchasing used.
