Becca Gardner

Wild. Barefoot. Mother. Striving to live my best life, awaken divine love and watch it spread. I was invited to my first yoga class by a dear friend while I was at a very low point in my life. I was hesitant for fear of the heat, but open to anything that might cure my grief. I made it through my first class, sweating, shaking, and completely in awe. I lay there in my very first savasana and everything came flooding out of me and into me. I felt joy, sadness, love. I felt closer to God and closer to my Self than I ever had before. I felt so raw and so open and I knew at that moment that I NEEDED to share this practice with as many people as I could. I completed my teacher training in the summer of 2016 and have been enjoying many additional trainings since. I am so grateful for this practice and all it provides
